Turnaround Time
Each set of furniture is made to order and receives a custom, hand brushed finish which requires ample time to cure/dry before it can be shipped. Due to this process and an unprecedented increase in orders, we ask that you allow up to 2.5+ months from the time that you place your order to take delivery of your custom finished set.

Step 1 – Order Placement
California customers may place an order as usual through our website. However, they must choose the following shipping option: “California UPS Adult Signature Required”.
Step 2 – Verification Request
After checkout, California customers will receive an email requesting the documentation required under AB 1263.
Step 3 – Documentation Review
Submitted documentation is reviewed for compliance with California law. This review is handled securely and solely for legal verification purposes.
Step 4 – Approval & Shipment
Once approved, and the custom order has been completed, it will be released for shipment via UPS Adult Signature Required.
If documentation is not provided or does not meet legal requirements, the order cannot be shipped to California.
Step 5 – Refund if Not Approved
If compliance cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and refunded (less a 4% cancellation fee).
