Turnaround Time
 
Because each piece is first crafted by one of our partner shops and then custom finished in-house, the estimated turnaround time may be up to 2.5 months. This time ensures proper finishing, curing, and drying so you receive furniture that looks amazing and lasts.
 
🔻Due to California law (AB 1263), all orders shipped to California require identity and age verification prior to shipment, as well as adult signature and proof of ID at delivery. 
 
These requirements are mandated by the state and apply to the types of products we sell. 
 
You will receive an email to upload a copy of your current government-issued California ID.
 
We will then perform the following before shipping your order:
 
Verify proof of age + identity (18+)
 
Ship only to an address that matches your ID
 
Require adult signature + ID at delivery (courier checks ID, gets signature)  
 
Ensure the package is labeled: “Signature and proof of identification of person aged 18 years or older required for delivery.”
 
We understand this adds an extra step, but we’re legally required to follow these procedures in order to continue serving California customers. Orders that don’t complete verification cannot be shipped. We appreciate your understanding.

California Legal Notice (AB 1263 Compliance)
 
California law prohibits the use of firearm parts, accessories, and components to manufacture or assemble firearms in violation of state or federal law.

By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or possessing these products, the purchaser acknowledges responsibility for ensuring all use complies with applicable state and federal laws.

California orders require identity and age verification (18+) prior to shipment.
Orders will not ship until verification is successfully completed.
All California shipments require adult signature and proof of identification at delivery.

Step 1 – Order Placement

California customers may place an order as usual through our website. However, they must choose the following shipping option: “California UPS Adult Signature Required”.

Step 2 – Verification Request

After checkout, California customers will receive an email requesting the documentation required under AB 1263.

Step 3 – Documentation Review

Submitted documentation is reviewed for compliance with California law. This review is handled securely and solely for legal verification purposes.

Step 4 – Approval & Shipment

Once approved, and the custom order has been completed, it will be released for shipment via UPS Adult Signature Required.
If documentation is not provided or does not meet legal requirements, the order cannot be shipped to California.

Step 5 – Refund if Not Approved

If compliance cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and refunded (less a 4% cancellation fee).
