Please note: Hardware accessories may be included only when purchased as part of a complete wood furniture set. We do not ship hardware accessories on their own to California customers.

Step 4 – Approval & Shipment

Once approved, and the custom order has been completed, it will be released for shipment via UPS Adult Signature Required.
If documentation is not provided or does not meet legal requirements, the order cannot be shipped to California.

Step 5 – Refund if Not Approved

If compliance cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and refunded (less a 4% cancellation fee).
